Amazon launched its online payments service in digital business , Pay with Amazon in India to provide an opportunity of digital e-commerce growth in India. New online sellers across the country will be able to integrate payments on their static websites and convert them into online stores, as per Amazon. This process will create new digital business growth opportunity online and small business can achieve digital growth online with Amazon in India.

According to Amazon, the online service give an opportunity of new business growth with an easy set up process and integrated order management and payments. The Pay with Amazon service enables sellers to completely outsource their financial transactional infrastructure. The service is mobile optimized across all operating systems including Android, iOS and Windows.

By launching Pay with Amazon they aim to provide a trusted digtal online payment bridge between customers and sellers and further aid and support the business growth and integration of small and medium businesses in the new digital economy. This service will expand the market by providing small sellers with efficient tools to drive conversions and also help customers to shop with confidence.

By clicking on Pay with Amazon button on the checkout page, customers will be able to shop on seller websites using Amazon's trusted checkout process online. The purchase is protected by Amazon's buyer protection program. Customers can use the information stored in their Amazon account to make purchases on seller sites without having to create a new account all over again or filling payment and shipping details.This will certainly help online digital business growth of small business and e-commerce growth.

Shoppers need to login to Pay with Amazon’s Indian page and use their existing Amazon account (or create a new account) to add credit and/or debit card details. They can add details of more than one card.

These card(s) will show up on the payments page for purchases made on Amazon India and Junglee.com. On partner sites, shoppers have to click on the Pay with Amazon button displayed in the Shopping Cart, this will lead them to the Pay with Amazon page where they need to enter their Amazon username and password, and finally select a payment method.

Payments made using the Pay with Amazon option on partner sites will be charged a fee per transaction. For credit cards and net banking 1.95% of the transaction value will be charged, and for debit cards its 0.75% on transaction value less than or equal to Rs 2000 and 1% on transaction value greater than Rs 2000. These charges are part of a promotional offer and are valid till September 30, 2015, after which the charges for debit cards will remain the same but for credit cards and net banking the fee will 3% per transaction.

The Pay with Amazon service is available with websites like Fommy.co.in and Shopyourworld.com and has signups for integration with sites like Babyoye.com, Webmallindia.com, Cart2india.com, Sapnaonline.com, iBhejo.in and Mebelkart.com.
