Growth
of youth talent is best way for all industry and profession. Resource growth in
profession leads to the success in all profession. Opportunity of resource
building is becoming rare every day. Talent is also rare, but growing youth
talent and achieving talent growth and thus resource growth is the most cost
effective way of resource building.
India’s
thriving homegrown e-commerce startups are increasingly trekking to the Silicon
Valley in search of top-notch talent. This heralds the reversal of a
decades-long hiring trend – until now the best Indian engineers headed to the
technology firms in the Bay Area because of a dearth of opportunities at home. Now
home grown talent by the corporate will have the opportunity to add resource to
all profession, provided the corporate care for their own youth talent need to
address their own growth.
Today’s
talent is looking for a flexible work environment, career path opportunity
and a chance to do meaningful work. It’s important to create a work environment
where one would want to come every day. I’m not talking about having ping pong
tables and gyms at work places but actually laying emphasis on the importance
of a work environment where employees can thrive, grow more in their profession as real talent and success as valuable resource.
Given the
rapid rate of expansion online industry, hiring is expected to increase
manifold in the next six months. This new-age sector is also likely to see
higher pay hikes. According to CII sources, e-commerce companies are expected
to make a minimum of 10,000 job offers during the second half of 2015 to meet
aggressive growth plans.
Salary growth for talent will not be sufficient for success of resource growth of online industry. Youth talent need for opportunity of contribution in profession has to be taken care. Many MNCs are now offering facilities to work from home. Growth opportunity for the youth talent in all profession online will lead to the success of real resource growth in e-commerce industry.
